  • Stripe at the time of payment

How We Store It

Client information is stored offline. We do not store your personal data in a cloud database or third-party CRM. Notes and records are kept locally and are only accessible to Roscoe Pawtroll.

How We Use It

Your information is used only to provide and communicate about your dog walking service. Specifically:

  • To schedule and confirm walks
  • To send walk reports, photos, and invoices
  • To contact you or your emergency contact if needed during a walk
  • To process payments through Stripe
