Our Commitment

Roscoe Pawtroll is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard and will continue to improve the experience over time.

What We're Doing

This site is hand-coded without third-party builders or templates. Accessibility is being addressed at the code level, not through overlay tools. Current and ongoing efforts include:

  • Proper heading structure and semantic HTML throughout all pages
  • Alternative text on all meaningful images
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Descriptive labels on all form inputs
  • ARIA labels on buttons, links, and interactive components
  • Clear focus indicators for keyboard users
  • No content that flashes or strobes

Known Limitations

We are a small, independently operated business and accessibility remediation is actively in progress. Some pages may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are working through each page systematically and prioritizing high-impact issues first.

Third-Party Content

This site includes an embedded Google Maps iframe and links to third-party platforms including Tally, Stripe, Yelp, Instagram, and Nextdoor. We do not control the accessibility of those platforms and cannot guarantee their compliance.
